How to raise and lower the table

Update:14 Oct 2021

1. If this desk is only used by you

Sit comfortably on a chair with feet flat on the floor, upper arms on both sides, elbows bent, as if you were typing on a keyboard (don’t stretch forward, stay comfortable), and measure from the floor to under the elbows The distance to the side. When working, the height of the keyboard should be approximately equal to or less than this height.

Stand up and take the same measurement. If anti-fatigue floor mats are to be used, this height should also be taken into consideration when making this measurement. Choose a lifting table whose adjustment angle should be at least as low as the height of your elbow in a sitting position, and at least as high as your elbow when you are standing. If you are short and cannot find a table that can be adjusted to a low enough level, please consider adding a footrest or an adjustable height keyboard tray to your workstation; you can also consider adding casters to your desk to create a flexible office environment , But the height of the casters must be considered when determining the final height adjustment range.

2. If this desk is used by several people

Follow the same steps described above for "yourself", but this should be done for every user;

Choose a lift table whose adjustment angle should be at least as low as the shortest sitting elbow height, and at least as high as the highest standing elbow height;

If it is inconvenient for people with a short stature to use a lifting table, consider adding a footrest or an adjustable-height keyboard tray to your work area.
